𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 Defence Bioengineering & Electromedical Laboratory, widely known as DEBEL, is a prestigious research institution operating under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), which functions under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. DEBEL is headquartered in New Thippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
