This is a one-year apprenticeship program designed to give fresh graduates practical exposure to banking operations, products, and services. Apprentices will be posted at branches and offices across various states and districts based on availability and administrative requirements of the bank. This is not a permanent employment offer. The apprenticeship is purely a training program to help graduates build practical skills and improve their employability in the banking and financial sector. Candidates who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion after passing an assessment test.
