Manager posts fall under Group-A at the E-3 level and require a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, covering disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, IT, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Airport Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning, and Corporate Communications. Junior Executive posts fall under Group-B at the E-1 level and do not require prior work experience, covering Finance, Law, Airport Operations, and Survey & Cartography. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India and will handle functions ranging from infrastructure development and financial management to airport operations, legal affairs, and public communication, depending on the post chosen. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 Eligibility varies by discipline. Manager (Engineering-Civil) and Manager (Engineering-Electrical) require a Bachelor's degree in the respective engineering stream with 3 years of relevant experience. Manager (Finance) and Junior Executive (Finance) require an MBA in Finance, PGDM in Finance, or a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CFA, with 3 years of experience required only for the Manager post. Manager (IT) requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or an MCA with 3 years of experience. Manager (Architecture) requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture registered with the Council of Architecture, plus 3 years of experience. Manager (Law) and Junior Executive (Law) require a professional law degree with eligibility for enrolment as an Advocate, with experience required only for the Manager post. Manager (Fire Services) requires a degree in Fire/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 3 years of experience. Manager (Operations) and Junior Executive (Operations) require a Science graduate with a full-time MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Manager (Commercial) requires a graduate with a full-time MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Manager (Corporate Planning & Management Services) requires a postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Manager (Corporate Communications) requires a degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Literature along with a postgraduate qualification in the same field. Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography) requires a degree in Civil Engineering or a Master's in Geography, Remote Sensing, Geo-informatics, or Geomatics. The upper age limit is 32 years for Manager posts and 27 years for Junior Executive posts, as on 7 September 2026. Age relaxation of 5 years applies to SC/ST candidates, 3 years to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, 10 years to PwBD candidates with permanent disability, and 5 years to eligible Ex-Servicemen, as per government norms. Selection Process Selection is based on a Computer Based Test with no negative marking, followed by Application Verification and, for Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts), a Personal Interview. Junior Executive posts (12 to 15) do not include an interview. Manager (Fire Services) candidates must additionally clear a Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test before interview. 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩) Step 1: Online application submission and fee payment for the chosen post(s). Step 2: Provisional scrutiny of applications and issue of admit cards for the Computer Based Test. Step 3: Computer Based Test (objective type, bilingual), conducted across major cities in India. Step 4: Shortlisting for Application Verification and Subsequent Tests based on test performance. Step 5: Application Verification, followed by Interview for Manager posts (Post Codes 1-11) and additional physical tests for Manager (Fire Services). Step 6: Provisional merit list based on Computer Based Test and Interview scores, where applicable. Step 7: Document and medical verification, followed by issue of offer letters.
