Essential Conditions:
Candidates must satisfy either of the following conditions:
1. Currently holding an analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department, OR
2. Possessing minimum six years of continuous regular service in the grade of Assistant Section Officer (Level-7 Pay Matrix: Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 1,42,400) in parent cadre or department
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or institute (Essential)
Professional Experience:
• Minimum three years of professional experience in any of the following areas:
- Establishment and personnel matters
- Purchase and procurement activities
- Finance and financial management
Age Limit:
• Maximum age of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (critical criterion)
Additional Restrictions:
• Officers in feeder grade or direct line of promotion in their parent department are NOT eligible
• Deputationists cannot be considered for promotion in their parent cadre simultaneously
• Maximum continuous deputation period should not exceed five years (including any prior deputation in other organizations)
