Selection Process (Step by Step) Step 1: Online Registration Visit www.ossc.gov.in and click on "APPLY ONLINE" button. New applicants must click "NEW USER" to create login credentials (User ID and Password will be generated). Step 2: Complete Online Application Form Fill all required fields accurately, including personal details, educational qualification, category selection, and post preference. Upload scanned documents in prescribed formats (photograph in JPG/JPEG format, 20-100 KB; signature in JPG/JPEG format up to 20 KB). Step 3: Pay Examination Fees Candidates other than SC, ST, and PwD categories must pay non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 500 through Odisha Treasury portal. Fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in the first stage of recruitment examination. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempt from fee payment. Step 4: Submit Application Form After completing all sections and uploading documents, submit the online application form before the deadline. Note: No corrections or modifications are allowed after final submission. Step 5: Download Admission Letter Eligible candidates can download admission letters from www.ossc.gov.in.
