This is an apprenticeship program and not a regular or contractual job. Candidates selected as apprentices will be designated as Trainees and will not hold the status of employees of the bank. Selection Process Selection is based on three stages: Online Examination, Local Language Proficiency Test, and Document Verification. There is no personal interview. The entire process is managed by BFSI SSC on behalf of Bank of Baroda. The online exam is conducted remotely (from the candidate's own location) and requires a device with a working front camera and microphone, along with a stable internet connection. A merit list is prepared State-wise and category-wise based on marks scored in the online test.
