A total of 5,000 training seats are available across 35 States and Union Territories. The engagement is for a fixed period of 12 months, during which selected candidates will receive on-the-job training at designated Bank of Baroda branches or offices. This is an apprenticeship program and not a regular or contractual job. Candidates selected as apprentices will be designated as Trainees and will not hold the status of employees of the bank. The program provides young graduates with an opportunity to gain practical banking experience, which can be highly valuable for future careers in the banking and financial services sector. The selection process involves an online examination conducted by BFSI SSC, followed by a local language proficiency test and document verification. Selection Process Selection is based on three stages: Online Examination, Local Language Proficiency Test, and Document Verification. There is no personal interview. The entire process is managed by BFSI SSC on behalf of Bank of Baroda. The online exam is conducted remotely (from the candidate's own location) and requires a device with a working front camera and microphone, along with a stable internet connection. A merit list is prepared State-wise and category-wise based on marks scored in the online test. 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩) Step 1 – Government Portal Registration Register on NAPS (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and/or NATS (nats.education.gov.in). Note your Enrolment ID / Registration Code. Step 2 – Apply Through the Portal Search for "Bank of Baroda" on NAPS or log in to NATS and apply under the apprenticeship advertisement. Wait List: A State-wise and category-wise wait list will be maintained, valid for one year from declaration of results or until the next engagement cycle, whichever is earlier.
