1 · Professor
· Essential: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree and a consistently strong academic record.
· Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or industry experience, with at least 4 years at Associate Professor level in IITs, IIMs, IISc, IISERs, NIIE Mumbai, top 50 NIRF-ranked institutions, or comparable foreign universities.
· Research publications during the last 4 years: at least 3 papers in A/A* journals or 6 papers in B-class journals (ABDC/ABS ranking), with a minimum of 2 papers in A/A* class.
· Desirable: Guided at least 3 Ph.D./FPM students as chair; conducted at least 3 research or consultancy projects for large organisations; cases published in Harvard or Ivey.
Professor of Practice (Contract)
· Minimum 20 years of relevant industry or government experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level position.
· Ph.D. is desirable but not compulsory; absence of Ph.D. must be compensated by strong demonstrated domain expertise.
· Minimum 60% marks (first class) in Master's, Graduation, Class XII, and Class X.
· Appointment: 1–2 years initially, renewable up to 5 years. Retirement age: 65 years.
2 · Associate Professor
· Essential: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record throughout.
· Minimum 6 years of teaching, industry, or research experience, with at least 3 years at Assistant Professor level.
· Research publications in last 4 years: at least 2 papers in A/A* class, or 4 in B-class, or 8 in C-class journals (ABDC/ABS), with at least 1 paper in A/A* class. Relaxation possible for candidates with strong industry experience.
· Desirable: Guided at least 1 Ph.D./FPM student as chair; conducted at least 1 research/consultancy project; Harvard or Ivey case publication.
3 · Associate Professor of Practice (Contract)
· Minimum 15 years of relevant industry or government experience.
· Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory; first-class marks required in all qualifying examinations.
· Appointment: 1–2 years, renewable up to 5 years. Retirement age: 65 years.
4 · Assistant Professor Grade-I
· Essential: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with first class in the preceding degree.
· At least 3 years of industrial, research, or teaching experience (Ph.D. period not counted).
· Research publications in A or B class journals required for confirmed appointment; relaxation possible for candidates with industry background.
5 · Assistant Professor Grade-II
· Ph.D. holders with less than 3 years of experience are eligible.
· Offered on a contractual basis; pay level placement (Level 10 or 11) based on experience.
